Genel Kurallar<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu y\u00f6netmelik Antalya \u0130li Muratpa\u015fa 5510 Ada 12 Parselde kurulu toplu ya\u015fam alan\u0131 <strong>\u0130nci Kent Sitesi A ve D Bloklar\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir. Kat Malikleri ve bina sakinlerinin menfaatlerini g\u00f6zetir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dairenizde birlikte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131z ve siz, binada oturan di\u011fer ki\u015filerle birlikte bina sakinlerini olu\u015fturmaktas\u0131n\u0131z. B\u00fct\u00fcn sakinlerin bar\u0131\u015f ve huzur i\u00e7inde ya\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in, bina sakinleri baz\u0131 kurallara uymaya hep birlikte \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermelidir. En \u00f6nemli kural, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 sayg\u0131 ve kendinden ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplu ya\u015fam alan\u0131ndaki bir binada ya\u015famak, orada oturan sakinlerin birbirlerine bar\u0131\u015f, d\u00fczen ve temizlik konular\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermelerini gerektirir. Her binada huzurlu, sakin ve yard\u0131mla\u015fmaya haz\u0131r bir davran\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imi hakim olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle her bina sakini merdivenlerde g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc yapmaktan, tart\u0131\u015fmaktan, kap\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7arpmaktan, merdivenleri g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcyle inip \u00e7\u0131kmaktan ve gereksiz yere merdivenlerde bulunmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sakinlik, d\u00fczen, temizlik ve geri planda durmak binadaki huzuru ayakta tutar; g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131nda s\u00f6z konusu bina sakinleri her zaman anlay\u0131\u015f ve sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermeye haz\u0131r bir tav\u0131rla bunlar\u0131 konu\u015farak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeli ve tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7melidir.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131zdaki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm sizin kendi eviniz, \u00f6zel ya\u015fam alan\u0131n\u0131z. Binadaki di\u011fer sakinler i\u00e7in de bunun b\u00f6yle oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeli ve buna g\u00f6re davranmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Dairelere \u0130li\u015fkin Kurallar<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Havaland\u0131rma ve Is\u0131tma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131 hijyenik olarak koruman\u0131n en iyi yolu, temiz hava ve gerekli temizli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r. So\u011fuk havada dahi evi g\u00fcnde birka\u00e7 defa k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli havaland\u0131rmak, i\u00e7eri yeterince temiz hava dolmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak bunun temelidir. Dairenizi l\u00fctfen daire kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7arak merdivenli\u011fe do\u011fru havaland\u0131rmay\u0131n\u0131z. Kap\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k b\u0131rakmay\u0131n\u0131z. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dairenizin \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 veya so\u011futulmas\u0131 dairenin kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kendisine aittir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u00c7ama\u015f\u0131rlar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Balkonlarda ast\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131zdan su damlamamas\u0131na dikkat ediniz. Balkonunuzda kurutaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 binadan d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya sarkmayacak ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6remeyece\u011fi \u015fekilde as\u0131n\u0131z. Bina sakinleri genel olarak balkonlara \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p oturmakta ve kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131ndaki balkonu ve as\u0131l\u0131 olan \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131rlar\u0131 g\u00f6rebilmektedirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal\u0131, kilim ve battaniye vb \u00f6rt\u00fcleri balkondan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 silkelemeyiniz. Kuma\u015flar\u0131n ve ayakkab\u0131lar\u0131n temizli\u011fi pencerelerde, balkon t\u0131rabzanlar\u0131nda ya da bina merdivenlerinde yap\u0131lamaz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toz bezleri, el s\u00fcp\u00fcrgeleri ve benzeri \u015feyleri pencerelerden silkelenmesi yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u00c7i\u00e7ek, Pencere ve Balkon Dekorasyonlar\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7i\u00e7ek saks\u0131lar\u0131, emniyet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan balkonlar\u0131n ve pencere denizliklerinin i\u00e7 taraf\u0131na as\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Saks\u0131lar d\u00fczg\u00fcn ve g\u00fcvenli bi\u00e7imde yerle\u015ftirilmelidir. Balkon \u00e7i\u00e7eklerinizi, bina duvar\u0131ndan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 s\u0131zmayacak, kom\u015fular\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n pencerelerini ve balkonlar\u0131n\u0131 \u0131slatmayacak \u015fekilde sulay\u0131n\u0131z. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binan\u0131n genel g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc olumsuz etkileyen g\u00fcne\u015flik, tente, tabelalar ile bayrak, afi\u015f ve benzeri \u015feyleri balkonlara ve pencerelere monte etmeyiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binan\u0131n mimari projesinde olmayan her hangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik, eklenti veya montajdan \u00f6nce Muratpa\u015fa Belediyesine m\u00fcracaat etmeniz ve izin alman\u0131z meri mevzuat\u0131n yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131ndan etkilenmemeniz i\u00e7in yararl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#E9B44C\" class=\"has-inline-color has-headings-color\">\u0130mar \u0130\u015fleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc &#8211; 0242 320 2222<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Kablo Ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Binalarda T\u00fcrksat Kablo TV ve Turkcell Superonline kablo ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Daire i\u00e7inde anten prizi ile al\u0131c\u0131 cihaz aras\u0131nda ba\u011flant\u0131 kurulurken yaln\u0131zca bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olan anten ba\u011flant\u0131 kablosu kullan\u0131labilir. Kablo ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131nda hasar olu\u015fmas\u0131 halinde ya da kablo yay\u0131n\u0131 ar\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 akla getiren yay\u0131n bozulmalar\u0131nda bina sakini yetkili firmaya haber vermekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Kablo yay\u0131n\u0131 sisteminde sadece ilgili firman\u0131n teknik elemanlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapma hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binalarda uydu \u00e7anak antenleri ve di\u011fer antenler ve al\u0131c\u0131 cihazlar\u0131 dairelerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na monte edilemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binalarda ortak anten bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Bina, Avlu Ve Bah\u00e7elere \u0130li\u015fkin Kurallar<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Binan\u0131n ve bah\u00e7e ortak alan\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en temiz halde tutulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak her bir bina sakininin g\u00f6revidir. Ortak alan\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kirleteme durumunda bu kirlenmeye neden olan ki\u015fi bunu derhal temizlemek zorundad\u0131r. Bina ve bah\u00e7e ortak alan\u0131 d\u00fczenli aral\u0131klarla <strong>Kap\u0131c\u0131 \u0130\u015f Zaman Plan\u0131 <\/strong>kurallar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca temizlenecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Merdivenlik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Binadaki merdivenlerin temiz tutulmas\u0131 bina sakinlerinin sorumlulu\u011fundad\u0131r. Bina temizli\u011fi Kap\u0131c\u0131 olarak g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015f ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan yerine getirilir. Y\u00fczey <strong>dezenfektan<\/strong>\u0131 olarak <strong>\u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r suyu<\/strong> kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merdivenler her zaman bak\u0131ml\u0131 ve temiz olmal\u0131d\u0131r.  Bina giri\u015fi \u00f6n\u00fc, giri\u015f kat\u0131 asans\u00f6r kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7evresindeki zemin, asans\u00f6r kabini zemini her g\u00fcn s\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fclmeli ve dezenfektanl\u0131 su ile silinmelidir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bina giri\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131, asans\u00f6r kap\u0131s\u0131 ve kabin i\u00e7i duvarlar\u0131 her sabah dezenfektanl\u0131 su ile silinmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merdivenli\u011fin temizli\u011fi her hafta Kap\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yerine getirilir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kap\u0131c\u0131, otopark \u00e7evresi, bah\u00e7e aras\u0131 yollar\u0131, kamelya alt\u0131 ve \u00e7evresi, kald\u0131r\u0131mlar ve bina giri\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fc, bina giri\u015findeki y\u00fckselti dahil s\u00fcp\u00fcrmeli ve silmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kap\u0131c\u0131, bina giri\u015findeki posta kutular\u0131n\u0131 ve mermer kaplama duvarlar\u0131 silmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kap\u0131c\u0131, apartman giri\u015fini ve katlar\u0131n merdivenlerini s\u00fcp\u00fcrmeli ve silmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kap\u0131c\u0131, s\u0131\u011f\u0131na\u011fa inen merdivenler, s\u0131\u011f\u0131nak koridorlar\u0131 ve kap\u0131lar\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere buradaki ortak alanlar\u0131 s\u00fcp\u00fcrmeli ve silmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcst katlarda: Kap\u0131c\u0131, merdivenleri s\u00fcp\u00fcrmeli, merdivenleri ve merdivenli\u011fin katlardaki pencerelerini ve zeminlerini silmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En \u00fcst katta: Kap\u0131c\u0131, tavan kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan merdivenleri, onun alt\u0131ndaki merdivenleri, merdivenli\u011fin bu kattaki pencerelerini, asans\u00f6r dairesi zeminini, kap\u0131lar\u0131, panjurlar\u0131 ve \u00f6n\u00fcndeki alan\u0131 silmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ok kirli olmas\u0131 halinde, kap\u0131c\u0131 o hafta merdivenli\u011fi, tavan kat\u0131n\u0131 ve avlu \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tekrar s\u00fcp\u00fcrmekle g\u00f6revlidir. Merdivenli\u011fin penceresini silmek ve t\u0131rabzanlardaki \u00f6r\u00fcmcek a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 almak, haftal\u0131k temizli\u011fin bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Havaland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in merdivenli\u011fin pencereleri a\u00e7\u0131labilir, ancak d\u0131\u015far\u0131daki hava \u015fartlar\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenlik gibi durumlar dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di\u011fer ortak kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131, s\u0131\u011f\u0131na\u011fa inen merdivenler, s\u0131\u011f\u0131nak koridorlar\u0131 ve asans\u00f6r de ayn\u0131 d\u00fczende temizlenmelidir. Kap\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n haftal\u0131k temizlik plan\u0131na uyup uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn sakinlerin kontrol\u00fcndedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00fctfen kap\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n temizli\u011fi yerine getirmesini sa\u011flay\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Asans\u00f6rler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Binalarda asans\u00f6r bulunmaktad\u0131r. Asans\u00f6r i\u00e7in, kabin i\u00e7inde as\u0131l\u0131 kullan\u0131m kurallar\u0131 ge\u00e7erlidir. Herhangi bir ar\u0131za durumunda Kap\u0131c\u0131ya ve asans\u00f6r\u00fcn bak\u0131m\u0131ndan sorumlu yetkili <strong>Eralift Asans\u00f6r Y\u00fcr\u00fcyen Merdiven San.ve Tic.Ltd.\u015eti<\/strong>.&#8217;ne ile bilgi veriniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#E9B44C\" class=\"has-inline-color has-headings-color\">Asans\u00f6r Ar\u0131za &#8211; 0242 311 4095 &#8211; 0530 487 1418 &#8211; 0541 231 4095<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar asans\u00f6r\u00fc ancak yeti\u015fkinlerin e\u015fli\u011finde kullanabilir. L\u00fctfen <strong>12 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131ndaki<\/strong> \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n asans\u00f6r\u00fc yaln\u0131zca yeti\u015fkinlerle birlikte kullanmas\u0131na dikkat ediniz. Asans\u00f6r, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kullan\u0131mdan sonra daima temiz tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mevcut asans\u00f6rler motor g\u00fcc\u00fc ve yap\u0131s\u0131 gere\u011fi sadece insan ta\u015f\u0131maya uygundur. Mobilya, beyaz e\u015fya, yatak, komodin, in\u015faat malzemeleri vb. gibi e\u015fyalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 bina asans\u00f6r\u00fc ile ta\u015f\u0131tmay\u0131n\u0131z. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asans\u00f6r kullan\u0131m kurallar\u0131na uymay\u0131p kirlenmesine, ar\u0131zalanmas\u0131na veya kabininin zedelenmesine sebep olan kullan\u0131c\u0131, temizlik, servis hizmeti ve malzeme bedeli ile olu\u015fan di\u011fer zararlar\u0131 \u00f6demekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Zeminlerin Bak\u0131m\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Daire ve merdivenlik zeminlerinin bak\u0131m\u0131 ve temizli\u011fi, zeminin materyaline uygun olan malzemeyle herhangi bir zarar olu\u015fmayacak \u015fekilde Kap\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Zemine hal\u0131 serilmesine \u00e7e\u015fitli malzemeler b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131na izin verilmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. S\u0131hhi Tesisat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0131hhi tesisatlar, sa\u011fl\u0131k nedenlerinden dolay\u0131 daima temiz tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ev ve mutfak at\u0131klar\u0131, hijyenik at\u0131klar ve benzerleri kesinlikle s\u0131hhi tesisatlara at\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Nemli bezleri, kedi kumu ve benzeri \u015feyleri l\u00fctfen \u00e7\u00f6p kutusuna at\u0131n\u0131z. S\u0131hhi tesisatta buna ra\u011fmen olu\u015fan t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klar hemen giderilmelidir; bunun masraflar\u0131n\u0131 daire sahibi \u00fcstlenir. Pis ve at\u0131k sular\u0131 l\u00fctfen \u00e7at\u0131 ve ya\u011fmur oluklar\u0131na d\u00f6kmeyiniz. Ayr\u0131ca at\u0131k su sistemine at\u0131lan mutfak at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>farelere<\/strong> ve <strong>ha\u015ferelere <\/strong>davetiye \u00e7\u0131karmak anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini unutmay\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuvaletlere ve\/veya gider deliklerine ev ve mutfak at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n, hijyenik \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin, bebek bezlerinin vs. at\u0131lmas\u0131 yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Merdivenlik ve Ortak Alanlar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Merdivenlikler, bodrumlar\u0131n koridorlar\u0131 ve ortak kullan\u0131lan di\u011fer alanlarda ayakkab\u0131l\u0131k, b\u00fcy\u00fck hacimli at\u0131lacak eski e\u015fya ve \u00e7\u00f6p torbas\u0131 gibi \u015feyler ve ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc hi\u00e7 bir e\u015fya bulunmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Merdiven aras\u0131 hollerde bisiklet park etmek yasakt\u0131r. Ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131n ve engelli bireylerin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctge\u00e7ler, \u00e7ocuk arabalar\u0131 ve benzer e\u015fyalar yang\u0131ndan koruma-kurtarma nedenleriyle ge\u00e7i\u015f yollar\u0131nda, kap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde veya arkas\u0131nda durmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Mopet ve motosikletlerin dairelerin ve binalar\u0131n i\u00e7ine al\u0131nmas\u0131na, bah\u00e7ede veya binalar\u0131n giri\u015finde park edilmesine izin verilmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Bina ve Avlu Giri\u015fleri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca &nbsp;m\u00fc\u015ftereken haz\u0131rlanan ve 19\/12\/2007 tarih ve 26735 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanan Binalar\u0131n Yang\u0131ndan Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmelik h\u00fckm\u00fcne g\u00f6re yap\u0131lar\u0131n ana giri\u015fine ve civar\u0131na park etmek yasakt\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00fctfen bina ve otopark giri\u015fleri \u00f6n\u00fcne hi\u00e7bir ara\u00e7 park etmeyiniz, buralar\u0131 ba\u015fka \u015fekilde kapatmay\u0131n\u0131z. Otomobiller ancak bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olan alanlara park edilebilir. Otopark alan\u0131nda otomobillerin y\u0131kanmas\u0131 yasakt\u0131r. Tavan kat\u0131na ve bodruma a\u00e7\u0131lan kap\u0131lar daima kilitli olmal\u0131d\u0131r.
