Facebook, WhatsApp gibi sosyal medya kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ile de bireylerin anl\u0131k duygular\u0131n\u0131 sosyal medyada ifade etti\u011fi, yap\u0131lan anl\u0131k payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n ki\u015filer ars\u0131nda olumsuz etkile\u015fimlere neden oldu\u011fu uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan dile getirilmektedir. Di\u011fer taraftan, yak\u0131n zamanda ge\u00e7irilen pandemi krizinin de insanlar\u0131n stres seviyelerini art\u0131rarak \u00f6fke duygusunu daha yo\u011fun hale getirdi\u011fine dair haberlere rastlanmakta, ki\u015finin ge\u00e7irmi\u015f oldu\u011fu travmalar\u0131n da \u00f6fkeli olmaya sebep olabildi\u011fi bilgisine ula\u015f\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gelisim.edu.tr\/tr\/gelisim-haber-sosyal-medya-ofke-yansitma-araci-olarak-kullaniliyor\">\u0130stanbul Geli\u015fim \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden Psikiyatrist\u00a0Onur Okan Demirci&#8217;<\/a>ye g\u00f6re <strong><em>&#8220;Sosyal medya \u00fczerinden fiziksel b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011fe tehdit s\u00f6z konusu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in insanlar kendilerini k\u0131s\u0131tlamadan \u00f6fkelerini d\u0131\u015fa vurmakta, bu \u00f6fke de ki\u015fide psikolojik olarak ciddi hasarlar b\u0131rakmaktad\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr payla\u015f\u0131mlarda arkas\u0131na bir kitle toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen sosyal medya hesaplar\u0131, hedefledi\u011fi ama\u00e7 do\u011frultusunda payla\u015f\u0131mlar yaparak ilkel beyin yap\u0131lar\u0131 ile hareket eden \u00f6fkeli bir toplulu\u011fu pe\u015finden s\u00fcr\u00fckler. Ortak kayg\u0131lar ta\u015f\u0131yan bu topluluk, d\u00fcrt\u00fcsel hareketleri sonucunda kendilerine veya ba\u015fkalar\u0131na zarar verebilir. Netice itibariyle, insan kendisini \u00f6fkeli ve k\u0131zg\u0131n hissetmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anda derin nefes almal\u0131 ve kendi kendine \u2018\u2018rahatla\u2019\u2019, \u2018\u2018sakin ol\u2019\u2019 gibi telkinlerde bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r.
